What is included in the accommodation?
All of our properties come with WiFi, luxury bedding and towels, and indulgent bathroom products. We also provide essential items to get you started, including fresh milk, tea, ground coffee, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.
How do I check in?
All of our properties offer contactless self check-in. The day before your arrival, we’ll send you detailed check-in instructions via WhatsApp along with the access codes for your property.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times vary by property. Our standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am, though some properties may differ. Please confirm the specific times for your chosen property when booking. An earlier check-in / later check-out may be available subject to availability - please enquire at the time of booking.
Is parking available?
Most of our properties are situated in central Bath and do not have parking. However, the city offers several long-stay public car parks, all within easy walking distance of our properties. A small number of our properties do have parking available. Please check with us at the time of booking to confirm whether your chosen property has parking.
What is Truvi?
Truvi is a guest verification service used for short-term rentals to help protect our guests, our clients’ properties, and us as hosts. As all of our stays are contactless, we use Truvi to complete ID verification and collect a £10 service fee, ensuring that only verified and legitimate guests are granted access to our properties. The service fee authorises us to claim up to £500 in the event of any damage to the property during your stay. Please note that Truvi does not charge or hold £500 upfront.
The Truvi process applies to all reservations made through our website or via third-party booking platforms. We kindly ask that you complete the process promptly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. For information on how Truvi store your personal data, please visit their website.
Is there an alternative to using Truvi?
Please contact us directly to discuss alternative options if you prefer not to use Truvi for verification and damage deposit.
Are the properties pet-friendly?
We have four pet-friendly properties: Primrose Cottage, Daylily Cottage, Periwinkle Townhouse and Milliners Court. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know when booking. A pet fee will apply.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We require minimum of two nights throughout the year, with a minimum of three nights at Christmas. Our Cyprus property requires a four night minimum throughout the year.
Do the properties have heating/air conditioning?
All of our properties are equipped with heating, and some also include fans for added comfort. Our Cyprus property features air conditioning.
Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
Yes, all of our properties feature fully equipped kitchens, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. We also provide fresh milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a small, independent business, we aim to protect both our guests and ourselves against cancellations. We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Please note that if you book through a third party, their cancellation terms may differ.
Do you offer recommendations for local restaurants and activities?
Yes, before you arrive, we’ll share a tailored guide featuring our favourite local restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as main attractions and things to do in Bath and the surrounding area.
Is support available during my stay?
Yes, we offer support via WhatsApp during business hours and an out-of-hours support call line outside of business hours.
